Will my internet plan change?
No, your internet plan will stay the same. No action is needed from your end.
How will I access my account?
You can still access your account through the Wind Wireless billing portal. After we transition to the Core Fiber brand, the portal URL will change but your login will remain the same and we’ll forward the outgoing portal to the new one in case you have it bookmarked.
Was Wind Wireless sold?
Wind Wireless joined Core Fiber Partners, a group of regional internet providers, in 2022 to expand and upgrade our wireless network. This year (2026) we and our partners decided to join forces under one brand – Core Fiber.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will my router, modem, and other equipment still work?
Absolutely! Everything powering your home WiFi today will continue working normally.
Will my service be interrupted?
No, your internet service will continue working without interruption.
Will my billing date, billing method, or account number change?
No. All of your billing info, dates, and account information will stay the same.
Is Wind Wireless still local?
Yes! Our Spokane office is still open and our local staff is still here – that will not change.
How do I contact support?
You can still call (509) 462-4734 or email support@windwireless.net. Soon, you will see a new phone number (855-CORE-FIBER) and email (info@corefiber.com), but our current contact info will still work.
